Brian did an excellent job. Showed up on time, cleaned two stoves, cleaned up without dropping ashes. He did an awesome job.

I needed them to come out for repairs on my pellet stove and could not get a return phone call until weeks later. Then when they finally did come out, they said they would order the parts that I needed, but never called back and again did not return my phone calls. It's sad too, because they used to be so much better. What happened? I am editing this review. I just found out that Mike, one of the owners passed away and I guess had been sick for sometime. They have tried to keep the store running but don't have the money. So I take back all the negative things I said. When they were up and running they were very good. So sad to see them have to close. I hope and pray for the very best for them.

After purchasing a new home and fussing with the gas fireplace for a few months, I finally realized it was time to call a professional. Brian serviced our gas fireplace this fall and did a wonderful job. He inspected every component and educated me along the way. Brian and Jeptha are extremely conscientious of proper protocol during Covid. They showed up masked and on time, and finish the work in half the time expected.
